Website Management – 6.6.0

A New Look

We’re on a mission to make life easier for our Admin Users! Website release 6.6.0 is about improving the user experience with a modern design, updated terminology, and improvements to critical functions like “Adding a Page.” Get ready for a streamlined and intuitive experience.

Improved Pages and Site Tree

Before

After

  • Update Terminology: We’ve renamed “Sections” to “Pages” to create a more intuitive and user-friendly system, making it easier for new users to understand and navigate.
  • Page Settings Improvements: We know managing page settings is important to the content management experience. Bringing page settings to the top of the page summary view makes it much easier for users to find.
  • Page Shortcut and Page Access Information: Users can now easily see information on current shortcut settings and page access from the page summary view. This will make it easier to know if updates are required in page settings.
  • Home Page Separation:  We’ve separated the home page in the site tree as we work towards improving the management of home page content.

Improved Page Creation

After

New Names and Icons for Content Types: We’ve updated the names of the content types to align better with industry standards. By making things easier for users to find what they need, they can better categorize and organize their content.

Other Improvements

  • Help Center Update, with new Catalis emails added for Customer Success and Billing.
  • Design Center Update, users can no longer override new website designs.
